Swimming and paddling a web of support - one stroke at a time. That's our goal for 2025 Arms Around Bainbridge:  to join fellow swimmers and kayakers in raising emotional and financial support for friends and neighbors facing debilitating and life-threatening illness.  While we both regularly swim the Salish Sea this swim is different.  It's not just for fun, it's not just point-to-point.  With Deb swimming and Julie kayaking, we'll cover two miles intentionally focusing on the friends and neighbors we've been able to support, and on the difference AAB funding makes in each of their lives.  

We hope you'll join us this year:  in the water, by kayak and with your generous financial support.   Please make a donation in recognition of someone you know who has struggled with serious illness or in gratitude for living in a community where neighbors swim webs of support. 


Our mission is to provide financial and emotional support to Bainbridge Island community members facing financial crisis as a result of illness. Learn more about AAB at armsaroundbainbridge.org.
